baldr

Epidemiological modelling in R

The purpose of this package is a base for the development of an open-source framework for running ODE-based mathematical models of infectious diseases in R.

Installation

Two commands and you are good to go:

devtools::install_github("jackolney/baldr")
baldr::run()

Additionally, a live version of the tool is available here: jackolney.shinyapps.io/baldr
